At The Power Collective, we get it. Sometimes, you don't need a ton of modules or a 12 month coaching contract. You need an intensive session to build a bulletproof plan for executing on your vision. This is where Immersion comes in. Simply put - we don't have time to play around. In 90 minutes, we're going to braindump and trouble shoot what you're working on and convert it into an actionable project plan that you can use time and time again. You bring the idea (or problem), and I'll coach you through the process.

You and I will work together privately during a 90 minute intensive coaching session to build the master plan of your choosing. You’ll receive personalized coaching, a curated project plan post session, ClickUp templates, and a definitive action plan for your next steps.

WHAT WILL WE WORK ON?
Ascend works best for experienced business owners who have a very specific project/objective they would like towards. Our time together moves quickly so you must have clear objectives when committing to this experience. Our time together is shaped by your goals & objectives as indicated on your new client form. Our agreed upon outcomes are modified if needed after our kickoff intensive to ensure it aligns with your top priorities.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You'll complete the new client intake form and schedule your session. This will allow me to curate our session agenda and assign any pre-work as needed. The Immersion Sessions are only offered on Saturday's. The investment for this session is $1497. You'll be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 at booking and the remaining balance will be due 72 hours before the session.

Who is this session for?
This session is best for those who are serviced based business owners including: coaches, consultants, speakers, authors and done for you entrepreneurs (i.e web designers, graphic designers etc.) This offer is not suitable for e-commerce brands, beauty service brands or product based businesses. What is the investment?
The full investment for this service is $1497. At the time of scheduling, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250. Upon booking, you will then receive an email invoice for the remaining balance of $1,247. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the start of your session to avoid cancelleation.
When does this session take place?
This session is only offered on Saturdays and at this moment, it is a limited time offer. You have the opportunity to use the booking links above to select the day and time of your session. The session itself will occur virtually over Google Meet (video conferencing platform).
Will there be pre-work?
It depends on your needs. Please allow up to 48 hours for Kyshira to review the form you submitted at the time of booking. She will then follow up with you via email with pre-work as needed to ensure you get the most of the session.
Will I receive additional support post session?
This program does not include additional coaching or post session support. You will however receive access to our ClickUp Templates and receive your personalized project plan within 72 hours of the session concluding.
Is this offer refundable? Can I reschedule?
This offer, including the deposit, is non-refundable. You can reschedule up to 2x within 60 days of booking - however you must provide AT LEAST 48 hours notice. If you do not provide us at least 48 hours notice or you attempt to reschedule more than two times, your appointment will be cancelled. Keep in mind, your remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the session. If it is not, the session will be cancelled.
